My query today is hoping someone has a copy of HP's SPP Update Parcel they would be willing to brand available to download. Our copy(USB) finally died, and it seems we do non have the bundle stored in our repository and the original service contract we had to obtain the software in the first has since expired.

Doesn't fifty-fifty need to be the most recent, trying to test and update a batch of G6/7's we just got in.

You should be able to access it using a FTP customer as stated to a higher place, it was how I was able to get a copy of the older packages earlier this twelvemonth.

thomaspham2, did you e'er observe the FTP path for that SPP?  I'm also looking for the latest SPP for my DL360p Gen8, but for whatever reason, I can't seem to find Anything via the FTP site.  Dan, do you lot have some clandestine method of searching, or practise y'all actually know what the numerical folder names stand for?

SaucyKnave - FTP sites are no longer there.  HP charges for the Updates now.

I would go the serial for your G8 and register it on the HPE website nether your account. It doesn't demand to actively be under warranty, HPE only wants to know that y'all actually own the device.

Dan 'Glom', thanks for the info.  Information technology turns out, I take agile support for the server by way of "Packaged Support", I was just fooled past the main back up page for my server.  That page still lists the "Warranty" status, which is expired, and made me believe I couldn't download entitled content.  I was simply mistaken.  :/  I've got the SPP and am skilful to get.
